Sliding spice rack/pantry drawer latch: Vegas 25.2

I have a question for 2017 Vegas 25.2 owners: Does the pull out spice rack/pantry latch when closed? My rack slides in and out while driving. There is no visible latch but it could be under the unit and not working.

I have tries to locate the latch for repair but have not been able to remove the rack. The opening is paneled on both sides so it is not accessible unless the rack can be removed.

I just need to know if the unit has a latching feature at all.

To answer your question: yes, there is a latch. Can't tell you which kind it is. Yours is likely been closed or turned so it doesn't hook closed. The drawer slides release on the side, pull it out and have a look-see.

Yes, I have replaced one drawer latch and it works properly now but the slide out rack probably has a latch that is already closed before the pantry is slid in. I just have not been able to release the slide because there is too little clearance under the pantry to get my fingers in to release the slide.
