Some of the interstates are very rough. I was wondering if anyone tried different shocks or something to make a little smoother ride

If you haven't touched a thing on your chassis as far as suspension goes or proper tire pressures aren't there, this forum is loaded with opinions on what you could start with. I would suggest you locate a very reputable RV service center that can handle ALL suspension issues including alignments, which leaves out most Ford dealers and Camping World. Tell them what your concerns are first and then they can give you some suggestions. You will get a plethora of ideas from this forum but not all of them will benefit everyone's RV.

It is brand new, only 2k miles and I did check tire pressure. Now I got to find a reputable dealer

Depending on where you are in Indiana. I'd recommend Ford Fleet Services at Jordan Ford in Mishawaka, Indiana. They are excellent when it comes to RVs built on Ford chassis.

Terry's Ford in Peotone IL does this kind of work. Not too far across the border into the People's Republic of Illinois.
