House battery not charging on my Thor Freedom Elite 24HE.

Does anyone have a diagram for this 2018 Thor 24HE ? or any tips on where to start t-shooting this no charge problem. My 12 volt lights work when hooked up to shore power.

Yes the switch is on. I measured the voltage at battery, 3 volts DC.

When it is plugged into shore power is your battery voltage changing?

When the battery voltage is that low, you will have to use an auto charger to get them back into the 12V range. There is a relay in the BCC that has to see 11-12 VDC from the batteries before it trips and permits the converter to charge. If the actual problem is that the batteries were just totally discharged, the system will return to normal operation. If the relay is actually defective, charging the batteries will only seem to solve the problem until they discharge again.

I guess I will remove the battery and try to recharge with my car charger and go from there.
