Stove burner

My Atwood Wedgwood Vision range front burner catches fire at the air/gas mixer tube and melted the bushing out. RV 35 model.Any one else have this problem?All other burners work okay along with the furnace,grill and water heater.

Alan, haven't experienced your problem, but my front burner won't light. The other two light fine. This one is getting gas because I can smell it, but when I turn the spark knob it doesn't light.

Check your spark gap for that burner or just use a match or lighter.

Thanks Tfryman. We have been just lighting it that way til we can check it out. It was working fine until a couple of days ago.

The stove is new only used that burner a couple of times.It pulls flame from the burner down the feed tube. Sounds like a jet when it happens. 11+whp at stove
