Suddenly dead radio

The radio (dash) in our 2016 ACE 29.3 has suddenly gone dead and we can't figure out why. Was on one day and off the next time we went to the coach. Have checked all the fuses, etc. Meter says it's only getting 7v. Any ideas?

Have you tried the tiny reset button somewhere on the "frame" of the radio? That's a common problem with Axxera radios.

Just a thought, is the USE/STORE switch in STORE? I dropped off my VEGAS for service, picked it up, no radio or cameras... Figured out they had put the coach in STORE (something I never did)...

No, didn't know there was one and can't find one. Husband feverishly going through the manual with no luck.

On mine, the reset button is in the upper left corner. It could be anywhere on the border of the screen. I had to use a flashlight to find it; it's very small and unmarked. I use a paper clip to press the button.
