Four Winds 31W Slide Out won's extend...

Anyone out there with a Four Winds 31W Large Slide Out Issues? Already using motor Synchro to open but was advised to not over use.
Thor tech support says to take in to dealer. There must be a DIY method for repairs. Anyone? Please!!!

Have you tried youtube to see if anyone has posted something that might help? It would probably be "generic" slideout but could help. good luck!

Curious if you ever figured things out. I have a PD 31 with the large slide and had problems. Just got to put things in perspective , it's a simple operation, a big room on rollers, 2 motors, a control box on the inside, and a controller outside in a storage compartment:
