Low pump pressure

I installed an accumulator tank set at 30psi empty. Pump is quieter. But, when the pump kicks in the water flow at every faucet and shower is weak. Trying to shower the water comes out about 2 inches then straight down. When I hook up to city, pressure is great. The pump pressure was never stellar, but now sucks. Do I need to adjust tank pressure? Adjust with water pressure in the tank or unpressurized?

Second issue. Does anyone know of a tan auto touch up that is close to gel coat color on hurricanes? Like Toyota "Almond Milk Luster 352". Made up the color, but you get my drift.

Thanks for any replies✌️

I'm not sure where you installed the accumulator tank but it should be on the high pressure header and susceptible to both pump and shore water pressure; so I normally set mine to 45 PSI. Follow the procedure for your tank but normally this is done while empty.

BUUUT; an accumulator tank should not affect your pump pressure; it just minimizes the cycling of the pump.

So go back and re-look at your installation if your pump pressure was better before the tanks was installed.

I’d look for a kinked line that might have happened when you put in the accumulator tank. I ordered touch up paint from paintscratch.com. They had my Fleetwood listed and matched all four colors perfectly. Nice people too.
