Radio Problem

I have a 2014 thor ace and am now having trouble with the dash radio. It was working fine since we purchased it new. We have parked at a KOA in California, and after a couple of weeks, the radio/clock have stopped working. I checked the radio fuse in the engine compartment and it is fine.

Any suggestions about how to get the radio/clock back on???

hmmmm... 2014? Could you have the Jensen JRV212T??
MANY posts about 'blank screen' and other failures...

My best 'bandaid' - was removing/unplugging the unit for a day or two and plugging back in... (powering down the RV isn't enough - as it may be connected to both house and chassis depending on how yours is wired (house for radio - continuous clock/memory power from chassis.)

I'm fighting with radio number 2 at the moment - many have replaced them with newer Jensen or other brands.

My New Motorhome Radio would come on for no reason. Check the Ground wire.
