Does anyone have experience replacing a roof ladder? Someone hit and bent mine. Thor wants $185 plus $175 shipping for a replacement. I can get a universal ladder replacement ladder for $95 with free shipping but need to investigate fit up. Thanks.

Do you really need it? Our Vegas is a rear slide, so no ladder. Never missed it. The best way to keep a roof in good condition is to stay off it.

If I do want to do a spring roof inspection a step ladder makes the job easy.

Thanks, but why remove my ladder and have holes in the RV to collect water or to have to caulk every year. I do not have room to store a ladder while traveling.
