Self-leveling sealant?

When I picked up my new RV the mechanic said that I need to seal around the roof at least once a year with self-leveling sealant and that if I don't I will void the warranty and they can tell if it has been sealed correctly or not. Can anyone recommend and easily applied self-leveling sealant. I told him I thought Flex Seal sealant look like it would do real good and the mechanic said that that would not be acceptable.

What you need is Dicor self leveling sealant, available at Camping World and on Amazon. You don't need to add sealant every year, inspect and touch up as necessary.

Thanks. I see of course there are several kinds. 551, 501, and 502. I suppose 502 since the others mention rubber roofs. Unless of course mine is rubber. Grrr.

I don't remember the number of the Dicor but it will say self leveling. The other types are for vertical surfaces and I don't remember what the other one is for. The self leveling is specifically for the flat areas.

My local camping world has stopped carrying dicor and is now stocking a different brand.... the name escapes me now. I didn't like it quite as good as dicor, but it was ok.
ah, it's Superflex
Super Flex Total Protection Self-Leveling Sealant, 11 oz. tube - White - Alpha Systems Llc N102101TCW - Roof Maintenance & Repair - Camping World

I'd go with dicor if I can find it fresh

They will also have the matching "non-sag" version as well for use on vertical surfaces
