If I am the second owner of my 2016 Axis 25.2 can I have any warranty work done? Or is this only for the first owner?

Thor's warranty is not transferable.

Thor's warranty is not transferrable but the Ford warranty and warranty on all the individual components (refrigerator, oven, water heater, etc) are still good for their time period/

I would check with Thor. The DP line does extend the Thor warranty to second owners but the time limit of one year has more than likely lapsed.
