If you look underneath you will see 2 1/2" open pipes hanging down and those are the drains. based on location you will have to look on the topside for where them come into the coach. BTW the metal rings are really weak. I put heavy fishing line on mine because that valve sticks.
My 2017 26HE is under the bed. You put the slide out and on the front of the bed you will see a panel held in with a few screws. Open the panel and the valve is right behind there on the floor. you will see the blue and red pex pipes. Last 2 winters I have just used a air compressor and just ran air through the lines to get the water out. works well for me and I can easily do it on the road with a small compressor. Just make sure to empty the water tank and release the pressure valve on the tank before pulling the plug out. That plug can shoot a LONG ways. Don't as me why I know.
