My wife and I just completed our first shake-down run in our Vegas. 7300 miles... We encountered several electric and other issues along the way. Some were operator error; some were electronic gremlins; and some were just stuff going bad. We had multiple phone conversations with the Tech Support Guys...
Always, professional, helpful, courteous, they were kind enough to not even laugh out loud at us
while still on the phone line ... It didn't matter if we needed them and their advice/assistance for 30 seconds or 30 minutes. They stayed on the line until the issue was taken care of and we were rolling down the highway! Our thanks go out to these great folks!
