Tpms

Any suggestions on a TPMS that won't break the bank? I know there are several but only want to purchase once! Will probably install myself.

I presently have the Hawkshead TPMS. I'm not happy with it. It seems to have gotten in to the habit of working when it feels like it.
I'm seriously considering
Dill Air Controls Products » Trailer TPMS

Haven't done enough research yet.

I just finished cutting the TST sensors off my tow Dolly due to galvanic corrosion. It cost me $250 to have them cut off the tires on the MH since the valve stems then needed to be replaced which requires the tires to be unmounted. I think they have since taken out the warning not to use any lubricants or other chemicals since I'm assuming this was a common issue. They're happy to replace their Chinese sensors when they go be but have no interest in speaking to you when you have a real issue.

I've since added a Dual Dynamics Crossfire and like the pressure balance feature, the visual indicator, and the single point of adding air. I stop every two hours to move around and use that time to visually inspect the condition of my tires

Have you got a link for them that you would care to share?

I installed these on my Outlaw as well as the Challenger. I ran 95 PSI in the Outlaw but I'm only running 85 PSI in the challenger

I have a set that goes on the valve stem. They don't always tell me the true story. They're HawksHead. My next set will be installed inside the tire.
