Transmission Service Interval 2016 Palazzo

Hello All,
Can someone please advise what the transmission initial service interval is for a 2016 Thor Palazzo 36.1? I gotten a few different mileage intervals answers.

Rotten Egg smell- Whats the easiest way to get rid of the stinky egg smell? Ive noticed it stinks at the initial running of the coach. Yes I am new to Rving but I'm learning

Thank you!

Transmission service is per freightliner. Look in their manual at service page and be sure to look for correct category...RV. The manuals are written for heavier service like trucks. I think first service is around 15,000 but I could be wrong.

Egg smell. Haven't heard this one before. Have had weird smells when dealers spill oil and other fluids on hot exhaust during dealer prep. My Palazzo came with gross overfill on transmission fluid so it overflowed everywhere when expanding with heat. Dummies can't read a dip stick.

Possible smell is grey/black tanks if roof vents are drafting wrong way, which is possible when strong down winds blow down vent pipes. Forces sewer gasses into coach drains instead of escaping out vent. There are 3rd party vent cap improvements available at most rv stores. Pretty easy to install.

Possibly from the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) tank? DEF is made from sheep pee after all .

never had any smell when starting the coach - can't help there

I had my transmission serviced at 50,000 miles in Gaffney at Freightliner Service Ctr

11.4 mpg over 55,000+ miles in 2 1/2 years cross country, 47 states, and Canada
