TV over door on 2017 Axis

Searched forums but couldn't find anything specifically addressing this.
Need to know how to release the over the door TV from it's mount. I can't find where the coax from roof antenna is connected. Also, I see the coax outlet, with the built-in TV signal booster, mounted in the kitchen cabinet nearest the door. There's a female coax connector on the front of it but no coax connected to it. Should there be a coax plugged in to this or is the coax that connects roof TV antenna to TV maybe connected behind this outlet? All I get when I try to tune in a TV channel is a "NO SIGNAL" message, so obviously something is not connected. I did have the "Source" on TV set on TV, which should be the setting for receiving signal from the roof antenna.

A few things:
  • No there shouldn't be anything connected to the connector in the cabinet
  • The TV should be connected behind that plate
  • There should be a molding piece below the TV that pops off to give you access to the TV mount (there are a couple of levers back there you flip to remove the TV)--at least this is the way it is on my 2014
  • If you are attempting to receive over the air channels make sure the button on the plate is pushed in and the amplifier is on (the LED should be lit)

In my experience, the antenna rides the same coax as the coax plug in your cabinet by the front door. The coax female receptacle in the cabinet is there so you can plug in devices like a digital to analog box that some campgrounds provide which connects to the TV from the HDMI cable in the cabinet (the cable get's it's signal from the outside coax connection to the campground). Whenever you want to use cable at the campground this way you'll need to turn off the antenna signal booster and set the TV to HDMI 2 (I think). To test the antenna, you should turn on the antenna signal booster, set the TV to input "TV" and then take the TV through the channel setup from the TV menu. You have to do this every time you move locations. Good luck !

Thanks to all who replied. I set the TV 'source' to TV and set it to scan for the available broadcast channels, most of which are in Orlando area. We're 35 to 40 mi, as the crow flies, north of Orlando. Signal amplifier on coax plate in cabinet is on. The TV captured the available channels and they are displayed briefly when you select each one. But then the screen turns blue and I get the "NO SIGNAL" message. So, it seems like part of the TV is seeing the channels but it won't show what is being broadcast. All 3 TV's in our Axis do exactly same thing. Roof antenna is pointed in the general direction of Orlando (south). We've had 4 previous RV's, all of which had basically the same set up for TV's, so I'm fairly familiar with how they work and never had a problem like this. Only difference is all previous TV's were anolog and not digital types like those that came with our Axis.

Removing the TV from its mount; There are two levers behind the TV that must be pulled toward the front of the TV.
