TV Reception

Good morning!

I’m on site at the Wisconsin Dells KOA. They provide cable tv reception. I scanned for tv channels on cable/air and only received 1 Channel, and it was very snowy.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this solution? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

Dan

You have Seki TV's. The fix is to replace them. One other possibility is the antenna amplifier is turned on for cable, turn it off.

It is most likely your antenna booster. When using cable you have to turn the booster off. We had the same problem the first time we hooked up to cable.

Antenna booster has a small switch, that if in a cabinet like mine, may be hard to see without a flashlight.

A bad cable, or loose connections is most common problem.

They hid the external antenna booster switch for my Outlaw, in the nearest the TV that held the DVD player...
(It's just to the right of the coax plug...)

I have 2018 THOR ACE 30.4

We have 3 AXXERA TVs.

So, it must be the antenna booster.

Exclamation

I lightened Bob's photo and added text explaining the antenna booster switch. I had a terrible time finding it on my rig; I kept looking for the no-longer-there little green light that was on all my previous RVs.
