City water backfilling water supply tank...

Sitting in the campground in my Vegas 24.1- hooked to city water - and water is dripping out of the water tank fill. Obviously, city water is backfilling into the water tank. I think I remember there is a one way valve in the water pump to prevent this - anyone else have any experience with this, and how did you fix ??

Thanks

Stan -- So the city water hookup completely filled your fresh water tank to the point the water is dripping out the fill cap?

Yeah there should be a check valve in the pump.

Had the same thing on my first trip - internal check valve in water pump was defective, water pump replaced by dealer.

We are having same problem. Since we park in one place for weeks at a time - I am thinking about adding a valve between pump and tank.

Stan -- are you still under warranty? If so, I'd go back to the dealer and have them replace the water pump.
