Vegas makes chatter

2016 Vegas makes a pong or chatter noise under load at 2200 to 2600 rpms have had it to 3 ford dealers laid up for 2 months now they can find any cause it. Doesn't do it when it's brought to 2200 rpms in the garage they replaced some idler belt of some sort didn't help they all have thrown up their hands in defeat, the noise is still there when driving. Thor said they have no idea what it is maybe I should bring it to a dealship in Elkhart 4 hour from me any suggestions

Does it sound mechanical or engine related (ping or knock?). The solution will be different based on that.

Hard to say anything else as "chatter" isn't specific enough (and clearly no one has had a similar situation given the replies to your posts on the topic).

It most likely isn't engine related (knock or ping) since you've had it to a Ford dealer and they would have fixed those pretty quickly.

It could be driveline noise as the chassis is lengthened and the driveshaft modified.

Could use more details. If you apply the brakes when standing still and bring up to 2200 rpm will it make noise? Did you fill up with gas? Does the noise appear while driving down the road? The more info you can give can help with a proper diagnosis.
