Vegas Windshield Wipers

I've read some posts on here regarding windshield wipers, but nothing that really addresses my problem, so a little help would be appreciated.

My wipers are new....coach purchased in Dec.

On the passenger side, only the bottom half of the wiper touches the windshield. The top half looses contact for a large part of the arc and does not wipe.

Is this the wiper or the arm? Is there a tinker to fix it, or should I just have the wiper and/or arm replaced? Could it be something else?

Thanks

Is the arc stuck or is it stuck too flat and not bending? Have you tried hitting the pivot points with some lube?

could be a weak spring in the wiper arm that is not applying enough pressure to the blade.
Lubing the pivots is a good start.

Not yet, but thanks for the suggestion...I will try that first.

Having the same issue with my passenger slider wiper. Did the lubing the arm help? Here are a couple of shots of what ours looks like. Not good.

Thanks

Did you take it in for the recall to have the bolts checked? Search for wiper recall for more info.
