Vent fans stopped working
Hey guys,
I'm trying to troubleshoot my vent fans.
They stopped working.
Checked all fuses...good.
Any ideas?

Did you check that breaker by your Coach Batteries?
Could that have been tripped?

Check it...it is good.
It does have a breaker and a fuse. The breaker has a yellow "tab" when it is tripped. I pushed it back in. However, there is another fuse.

Everything else works fine...
I haven't take apart the fan to see if any power is reaching the fans...
It has got to be some fuse somewhere....

The battery compartment has a breaker and a 50 amp fuse next to it.
What is this 50 amp fuse for?

That is for the charger's 4 ga cable to the batteries

On the plant 750 coaches there is a front cap fuse panel located to the left of the drivers left foot. It has fuses for everything that Thor installed in the coach's drivers compartment except the front radio and the 12 volt dash receptacles.

3 fans (bed, bath, and living) right? Sure sounds like a fuse issue. Hope you find the cause. Please let us know when you find it. Must be frustrating. Good luck.

The bathroom fan works. The two other fans don't work.

Ceiling vent fans not working, Gemini TB23
Our ceiling vent fans in the Bed room and the Kitchen are not working. We have checked the fuse panel all good, we made sure the in use switch is on, we have made sure vent lid is open, doesn't appear to be any loose wires. They both worked before, and now neither work.
Is there another switch I am missing?

Ceiling vent fans
The Fans we have are Max X Fan 3401, I have checked for the extra switch, which there is none. Next thing I plan to check is if there is power before the on button. After watching a U tube video apparently the they have a circuit board in them that is sensitive to moisture and the board burns out. I checked to see how much these circuit boards are anywhere from $61.50 to 150. So before I do that I plan to make sure I have power to the fan, shouldn't I be able to by pass the circuit board direct to the fan and see if the fan itself still works?

I installed two of the Deluxe MaxxAir fans. On our MH for the kitchen, there are two rocker switches under the upper cabinets above the sink... one controls the kitchen fan, the other is for the under cabinet lights. If you have switches there, check them.
It's pretty simple to check for 12 volts at the fan. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four shroud screws. Remove the shroud and the power supply wires should drop out or be visible. Use your multimeter and check for 12 volts DC.
If no power there AND other 12 volt appliances (lights, etc.) work, it's either a switch or a fuse. Rare occasion would be a loose wire... unless it's loose at the fan connection.

I checked the voltage prior to the switch circuit board and there is power, so I went ahead and ordered new board and switch, once I change them out I will let you know the result.

Ceiling vent fans not working
Did replacing the circuit boards fix your problem? Mine just quite working (3 at the same time) last week and I have checked all fuses. I have an Axis 25.6.

Hello Luffable,
At this point I am waiting for the circuit boards and some electrical silicone to arrive, the boards are coming via USPS, they tell me 7 to 10 days. Once I receive them I will spray with the electric Silicone to protect them from moisture and install, after that I will let you know!!
