Sani Rinse ACE 29.3

Dumped black and gray tanks. Hooked up water hose to the sani rinse inlet opened the black tank valve and nothing! Water doesn't seem to be flowing into the black tank. Anyone know why or what I need to do? Tjanks

I also have a 29.3 (2016) and was wondering how this works as well. Did you open the black drain valve?

I did they advised it should be open. You should see water running out. For me there was nothing. Perplexing.

If it is under warranty, make them fix it.... if not, there are other ways to flush you black water tank.

I can think of 2 possible causes.

First - a bad check valve. The system includes a check valve and if that valve is bad it may not allow water to flow to the nozzle.

Second - the nozzle in the black tank is plugged. This happened on my prior class C and the solution was to remove the nozzle and drill the hole slightly larger (one drill size larger than the existing hole). This solved my problem until my check valve went bad the following season.

We're having the same problem, but can't find a check valve (ACE 29.3 2016). Any idea where to look?

The check valve is built into the hose connection just like the fresh water connection.

I use the San-T-Flush system in mine to keep the black tank nice and clean.
After the "final dump" into the sewer, I close the valves, and put about a half-cup of dishwashing soap down the toilet.
Then: I fire up the San-T-Flush, and let it put about five gallons of water into the black tank.
I shut it off, and open the dump valve...
LOTS of soapy water comes out...
I repeat it; until I see just clean water coming down the pipe!

It also keeps the "Stinky Slinky" from stinking!

I hope that you can get it cleaned out and working again...

I have a 2017 29.3 and the santi flush sometimes take a while to see water coming out due to water pressure at the dump station. Or there is no water pressure at all. We have seen this quite a few times. But we were told to let it fill a bit and then dump the water. Using Dawn helps a lot with smell and somewhat getting the tank clean. As of late, I've been dumping the tanks and then adding some clean water, say 5 gals, and then add in some Happy Camper chemicals. This really helps dissolve any solid waste left.
