Voltage err01

I own a 2018 Thor, Quantum, 31 ft, with the Ford chassis, V-10.
While dry camping this weekend, the voltage meter (located by the entry door),would beep several times and then it would display an erro1, (after a couple hours of running on batteries). Everything in the motorhome seemed to work except the refrigerator. The light inside the fridge wouldn't come on and there's no power.
If I run the generator, the fridge would come back on and everything would be just fine, for a while, until I turn off the gen and run on batteries again.
Has anyone else had this issue with their motorhome and what's the fix?

Sounds like your battery voltage gets too low and the inverter shuts of with the error display.

I'm going to get the house batteries tested within the next couple days.
Thanks for the reply, 16ACE24

Had the coach batteries tested, both are junk after only 2 years. Of course, the dealer will only warranty for 1 year, no pro rating. I replaced them both and now the meter is reading a consistent 12.5 volts again.
