Satonit, I totally agree. What a shame. I picked up my coach up after 12 days of CW reviewing my list of items to be fixed. Most were minor and could have been fixed easily without parts. It’s now 5 days since then and CW has not contacted Thor with a warranty authorization request. Even worse they damaged the fresh water drain in the basement compartment. Hundreds of thousands of dollars and they treat customers this way. CW will not have the opportunity to work on my RV again. I’m done with them! I hope you repairs were made correctly and I hope you are able to enjoy your RV often. Best of luck.

I suspect some dealers delay submitting based on their volume of work.
I got lucky the Sales Manager of my area of the county put a CSR at the factory on our account that responded quickly on most every issue we had. She put us onto a La Mesa dealer that worked well with us and with the CSR. I believe we would have never gotten our issues solved without the Service writer at La Mesa and the CSR at Thor having a great working relationship. I think that the CSR when above the call of duty.

Unless your RV is not driveable, do not leave it at the dealer. Schedule a diagnostic appointment. It may take a few hours for the tech to look at things. And the small things they can fix without Thors blessing. Call every few days until they can give you a parts delivery estimate. Then go back after parts are in for the fixing appointment. Again it can take some hours. But there is very little that can't be repaired in a day. Insist on these types of appointments. I didn't used to but I do now. I don't lose my RV for weeks or months.

If you are within a reasonable driving range of Wakarusa, IN (reasonable for you) I highly recommend using Thor's factory service. Call and setup an appointment (it will likely be about 3 months out)--it is worth your while.

Thanks for your reply and advise. I’m learning. I spoke to Thor Tech Services today and they are going to follow-up with CW as they had no warranty service request yet on my coach. It’s been a week since CW was suppose to have submitted the repair authorization.

I will tell you all this again..... try to use the old email method to both Thor and your dealership. If Thor tells you that it has been approved you can use the email to tell the dealership. It might just get it done faster. Sad that you have to play broker.
