water lines and drain lines????

Does anyone have a schematic or layout of where all the fresh water lines are and where the gray and black lines are in a 2016 Thor Windsport 34j

Also does the shower drain into the black tank?

Call Thor. They’ll email you the drawings. Ask for electrical while you’re at it. They might come in handsome day

Shower and kitchen sink drains into gray tank...most likely bath sink drains into black tank. Call Thor Customer Service with your VIN and they will send you the schematic for your plumbing, plus many others.

I sent them a request so I am now waiting for reply. The Reason I was wondering is on our first trip the black tank had 1/3 in it but after taking two showers it had 2/3 of a tank.
Kind of weird.

Not familiar with your layout but most showers drain into the gray. You use a lot more water at the bath sink than you think and it probably does go into the black tank. The average person uses 5 times more water washing their face at the sink and 3 times more water brushing teeth at the sink than you use for one flush of the head. Not suggesting you wash your face and brush your teeth in the toilet. You can call the 800 number and get a quicker response.

You should also have access to the plumbing drawings and much more by going to the Thormotorcoach web site and clicking on owners, owner resources, and registering your rig.

That's not bad... My Missus can take the Graywater tank to 2/3 full with just one of her marathon showers...

Go here - https://www.thormotorcoach.com/owner-resource/ and have the coach VIN handy. Once you establish an account Thor will build a package of PDF documents for your coach as built and will include plumbing information. Attached is an example for a 2018 Hurricane 35M.

Your reading may be the result of "debris" on the blank tank sensor and it did not fill up when you were taking a shower.

We use a mixture of dish soap and Calgon Water Softener (makes water very slippery) after every time we dump the tank to help keep the tank and sensors clean and to keep debris from sticking to the sensors.
