Shock Absorber Torque

Wondering if anyone has installed new shock absobers on a Ford F53 chassis 18k. If so, what did you torque the nut and bolt to? Here is a picture of the bolt head. Looks like Grade 8. It is 3/4", does a shock absorber bolt need to be torqued to 380 ft/lbs? The torque wrench I have only goes to 250 ft/lbs.
Thank you.

The 380 number is probably when the bolt will break. Don't know what correct torque would be. I always go for the "T" method. TIGHT.

For a grade 8 proper torque is 315 ft/lbs, for a shock 250 and another good tug should be good.
