Water Pump Problem

My water pump works fine in the kitchen and the toilet but pulses in the vanity and shower. Smooth running but it has a pulsing pumping sound in the shower and vanity. Any thoughts to what is happening?

Could be as simple as the aireator in the sink. Unscrew the tip and clean the screen then remove shower head and clean the possible screen there as well. Things will build up depending on the water source. Hope that's it for you.
