Bring the relay to an auto parts store and see what they can tell you. It looks a lot like a 12-volt , 30A, 5 pin relay, which are quite common in automotive applications.

Moisture is not good for them.

My Waterpump quit on my 2017 Challenger last July while on a trip to a spot with no water hookup. On return, I found the relays and one of the wires (white) had pulled out of the crimped terminal due to being about 4 inches too short. I added a short section of wire and crimped a new end and all works good now. By the way, the crimp ends should be available at PepBoys in with the Packard wiring shells and terminals. Good Luck.
