water rotates hot to cold

hot water by-pass closed when running mix hot and cold it changes hot to cold when in the shower or washing dishes by past valve is closed so it not that I have a thor axis please help solve the problem don't no what it could be Faris

What type of hot water heater do you have, tankless on demand or tank type?

Have you checked the outdoor shower actual knob positions and make sure that the water on the outdoor shower isn't turned off by the control on the shower head.

If the shower is turned off by the control on the head it can allow hot and cold to mix

I had this problem and had the bypass valves set incorrectly.

My water tank is a 6 gallon tank
