Waxing RV Again

I am using the 3M product "Restorer & Wax." Seems to be a great product, so far.

Can anyone recommend a sealant or protector to put over the wax when I am finished that will make it last longer or enhance the shine?

Thanks,

Not sure what would be a sealant for wax, but I use and am pleased with a product called Voom. It is an easy spray and wipe shine/UV protection product for RVs. It was recommended to me by an RV dealer a number of years ago. He claimed it was the product they use on all of their new and used inventory. I’m actually more interested in UV protection than a nice shine. Also, given how big my machine is I appreciate the ease of use.

Roadmaster Voom Gold auto and marine polish, by name! They also make a cleaner but I’ve not tried it.

This past spring I used RejeX (Amazon) with pretty good results.

Its a polymer sealer that you use in place of a wax.

We were looking for a treatment/protectant about a year ago. Found 303 Aerospace Protectant and tried it out. Not a wax, it sounds easy to apply and it is easy but it still takes time. I spent about 6 hours applying it to our 38' coach. It seems to have lasted very well, probably will apply more this Dec. It isn't cheap but it is designed to protect. We have full paint without decals but as I understand the product it really does a great job protecting and saving the decals from sun bleaching out.

Again, just our experience.
