Ok, uhhh, uummmmm, gee, I think I "misspoke".
It's a big beefy ladder that has been stashed in the front storage pass through on my Axis since late 2016. I went back to Amazon and checked, it's only 15.5 feet, but using it the first time today, it is a beast. I like it. It is sturdy. It should be as I paid for a quality piece of equipment.

So, in the front storage pass through I have a decent ladder and in the back storage I have a Viair that is a really good inflator. Happy now I sprung for it.
I digress. I used the ladder and cleaned the roof with simple green and a soft long handled brush. It looks so good! The caulk is all in great shape but a little hard, no cracks. In the fall I will put new over it after cleaning with alcohol. Thank you Thor for the good job on my roof. It has been exposed to the Florida sun since August 2016 and is in good conditon.
