Does that have anything to do with the manufacturers name? Other than that I don't see anything. It's the frameless window

I would contact Thor and give them the last 8 digits of the VIN. Usually they can pull up the build sheet and give you the manufacturer, size, model #, etc. to order a replacement.

My 2016 Ace 29.3 drivers window exploded while driving at about 60 mpg with no reason I can find. It happened on 8/10 and I am still waiting for a replacement from Thor. They will not honor their warranty for this. Glass breakage not covered they say. I am starting to think this may be a bigger problem than I first thought. Perhaps a design defect? Time will tell.
