Yes, i opened the faucets and then turned on the pump, let it run for about 10 minutes. Are the valves suppose to be in the normal operating position on the control panel.
I can't remember exactly how the valve is labeled in the convenience center. There is a far left position, a straight up position (for filling internal tank), and far right position.
When hooked to city/park water I think you have to be switched to far right, when just pumping with Challenger pump from you on-board tank I think it is the far left position, but I could have that reversed.
I also have shut off valves by my water pump inside the convenience center. Hope this helps.

If you can easily get to your pump I would check all the connections and make sure they are tightened properly. If your pump has a filter check to see it's not plugged up. Loosen outlet connection on the pump and see if you get water with the pump running. One last thing, remove inlet line to pump and either blow thru it or use air compressor, listen for water bubbling in tank to see if inlet is plugged up. If you are getting water to the pump it should take less than a minute to pressurize your water system.
If your valve has four positions - put in three o'clock or city fixtures. That allows use of pump or city water without making any changes other than turning pump on or off.
