My wife really likes her C-Max Hybrid. Comparing it to my Focus, it is roomier and quieter inside. At 6'2", I don't care for the raised passenger seat. It feels weird sitting up higher than the driver. I like the way her back seats fold down easier than mine, too.
Almost forgot to say we tow the Focus. Being lighter I figured it would be easier climbing hills.

I took my C-Max Energi to the scales: 3900lbs. Granted the Energi has a little bit more battery (C-Max Hybrid comes in at 3640lbs on Ford's specifications, Focus is a shade over 2900lbs).

Our Axis tows the C-Max without an issue; hardly notice a difference between it and our Escape (3500lbs).

Having never towed a vehicle I didn't want go overboard on weight. We actually found the Focus used with the tow brace already there. Unfortunately, all the wiring/braking system had been removed. I am very pleased with how ours pulls when towing! I'm not one of those guys that has to keep it floored all the way to the top of the hill. I leave the hot rodding to when I am in my Dakota R/T.
