Towing a FWD with push button start.

We just bought a Demco Kar Kaddy 3 and plan to tow a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium with push button start. I don't think it has a locking steering wheel. It mentions in the dollies manual to "tie up the steering wheel". Anyone here know what this means? Tie it to what?

Perhaps they want you to secure it, so that the wheel can be turned left or right...
You could probably tie it off to your seat mounts.

Yes that is what it means: Tie the steering wheel so the front wheels don't turn.
