Hi...we just took delivery of a 2018 ACE 29.3....layout similat to yours, we have outdoor kitchen...we special ordered our unit with two ac units and 5500 generator at list of $1750...we took o d kitchen..it would have saved $375 delete...one critical thing I strongly suggest you look is the toliet to black tank piping ...ours backs up...the toliet is on the opposite side of coach than the black tank...there is a straight T junction that gunks up w TP and poo...I was on the phone w Thor this morning...there is no fix...we min tp , use a drop or two of Dawn...I just bought a wand and hose (tombath sink)for cleanout..also please check gallon size of black water tank..i think ours in 26 gal which is small...
