Even though your winters aren't as severe you still may want to consider sun damage.

That would protect the roof against UV but not the sides or the tires (or any windows/inside).

We never covered our 5th wheel and the inside showed it: all the UV from the sun shining through the hatches and side windows eventually faded just about all of the fabric and wallpaper.

For the Axis I'm fully covering it in the winter and in the summer all the clear windows (front and two sides) get covered. In addition all of the vents and skylights are blocked when in storage.

I had the dealer mount a tornado on our black tank. Of course I didn't direct them to where I wanted it mounted so they did the easiest thing possible and mounted it in the middle of the tank inside the hatch (I wanted them to mounted on the right side--towards the rear of the camper).
Despite their goof up I still use it frequently. As far as I can tell it seems to work (I can flush enough to get clear water coming out of the black tank).

Mine seems to handle well at those pressures and I have about as much weight in the rear as I want to carry.
Do you have a TPMS? On hot days the rear tires heat up and the pressure builds 95-100 psi. in comparison to the front running around 90 psi.

I'm running 75 psi front and 70 psi rear. What are you running?
