Thor agreed extend my warranty due to the length of time my unit was in for repair, They even offered to reimburse me the equivalent of my monthly payments for the time missed as well. You didn't hear it from me but ask for a gentlemen named Andrew Van Schoick. He is well above the usually warranty specialist and even above the customer service manager. If anything can get done, he is the guy to make it happen.

I Googled the board of directors for Thor and started sending emails everyday. Be sure a guy named Peter Orthwein is on that list. He is the 71 yr old founder of Thor. They do not like when they get a call from Peter asking the status of a customer. Things moved quickly for me after Peter got involved. Good luck!
