Casino Camping

The gent that authors US Military Campgrounds and RV Parks website and newsletter also has a website about casino camping. It is www.casinocamper.com.

Thanks for posting this link. I Live in Cincinnati, about 40 minutes from rising star, but had no idea they had rv camping there. I'm sure we're going to go there this summer now. Thank you!!

Go in and eat or spend money...let them know you did. This is what will keep these places available, just like Harvest Host. Great programs like this but let's remember to patronize their business...it's the reason they do it.

Agreed. Great programs. Not a huge fan of Casinos though. Better if they go smoke free. 😊

We have stayed at several Casino CG over the years but we always pay for the hookup and rarely go in to gamble. We do eat at the casino's. Usually the hook ups are in a portion of the parking lot and very narrow in comparison to regular CGs. This one was in Council Bluffs IA during the College World Series which is held across the river in Omaha. It flooded. This pic is after the water receeded about 6 inches. This has been our only bad experience at casino CGs.

My wife loves going to casinos, so that would be our main purpose for going to the campground. This beats going to the casino and paying hotel prices. We'll probably plan a 2-3 day trip to go in the casino some, play golf at the course one day, and I'm sure she'll want to go back to the casino another day.

Check out Harvest Host....they just added tons of nice golf courses to their program.
