problems with slide out !!!!!
 

we have a 2014 35sk chateau motor home, the front slide out will not come in all the way , is off. tried to synchronize it and does not work. sounds like the motors on the top quit working. It's a lippert system. does anyone know how we can fix it ???????::confused:

The wires on one of our motors snagged on something, we were lucky the slide would move a couple of inches per button push.

Using YouTube info I took the motor out and soldered the wires.

The controller will flash a red LED 1 to 9 times indication what type of fault is stopping the slide. Mine usually gives a 9 after a heavy, windy thunderstorm (hall power short to ground). Manual override gets it to move again. After a couple days with the slide out, the water in the connector drys out and all is well until there is another storm with the slide out. One of the days I pull the connector out and coat it with silicone grease. Ours does not have any such thing as to tell us any error messages or lights that will come on

The MyLCI app has a lot of troubleshooting info.

If it is a Schwintek in-wall slide system, it will have a controller somewhere. Some are under the bed, some in overhead compartments, but most are in a storage compartment under the slide.
