Once a year...full wash And wax. About six times a year, Hand wash...granted mine is only 35, but I enjoy it. McGuires and a big brush. Usually follow it up with Quick Detailer and window Cleaner.

Sumos front and rear make a huge difference...did it myself. Front a bit easier than back to install. I run the standard 110 psi on the tires.
