I have been trying to activate my xm service on a 2018 synergy. Only channel I get is 0 which has the radio ID. I have unlocked the passcode and still nothing. What am I missing? My owners packet has...

I pick up my new Synergy tomorrow. I was wondering the same thing. I have so many electronic questions. Guess I will find out when I get it and start to play with it.
