I thought it was insane to have to rate a mini golf cart as a private passenger vehicle (ie. car) at over $600/yr instead of the reasonable cost listed here by others.

Glad that worked out for you! Like I said in a previous post - we avoid I-4 like the plague, especially with the construction now. The 417 tolls are well worth it IMHO!
