Can you disable just the hot water lines on a outlaw 29j?

We have a trip in a few days. While testing the RV before the trip we found a large water leak. I tried but I can't find where it's leaking but it's on the hot water lines.. We can't get it fixed...

Yes I had contacted Thor they said the " obscure glass is obsolete" and This is the new model.. but I was told a part was missing from my shipment.. so we shall see if it fits better

I've been going through all the documentation concerning the Tankless water heater, it talks about an on/off switch, I can't find it on the panel or in the bathroom... is there one?
