We had the same thing happen to us recently. Bought the same Amazon lock as the above post. It needed a little tweaking by our rv repair guy. He says he repairs these frequently.

Good news is we got power back this morning....

Good news is we got power back this morning. Everything works fine.
But I have this error message flashing on xantrex panel “E05” alternating with “ol” Should I turn off xantrex and click “store”...
