Updated picture of the water leak

As I mentioned before, the water leak now only occurs when I turn on the water pump. The picture shows what I see from underneath. Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

I was able to put a plug valve to the blue hoses and stop the water from leaking out from the tank but...Once the tank was full, I tried to operate it by turning on the water pump, but the water...

Updated info on this problem

The water is leaking out from underneath from one of the small hoses as seen in the picture. I think one of them is the overflow. Is the other the drain hole? How should I plug it?

Any thoughts...
