It will only reset with shore disconnected then display goes dead until I hook shore back up. When shore is connected it will not reset

Hmmm.... When I disconnect shore power inverter light goes off like no power. Could my batteries be too dead to charge?

I disconnected the shore power and batteries for 1min. Connected all back and no difference. Have done the soft reset 3 times. Display will not charge batteries or give any information. All breakers...

Bought RVLock and had to send it back as our unit is full body paint and it left a white ring all around it. Im not spending 100's of dollars to paint the door to make a lock work.

We bought this 3 weeks and have been out on 2 trips and LOVE it but have one question. When we start it the engine light comes on for 11-12 seconds on start up then goes off and doesnt come on again...

Thanks for your help Turnerfam. Lifted rv this morning and found that wiring harness had pulled loose up beside the frame and you couldnt see the dang thing until you crawled under it. So relieved!!!

I will make sure we hold that button for sure. We traded our 6 slide 2017 Alpine in on this and are just hoping we made the right decision.

I think we did and these are beautiful coaches for sure....

We have a 33.2 . 2014.5 with thank god the 3 track slide system. I checked fuses. Reset power to the coach and step switch. All seem good. Took magnet off screen door and placed direct and moved on...
