Anyone having issues with latches malfunctioning? I have had several that I have had to remove and tighten an internal screw. I now have a door I can't open because of this issue.

That might be the issue. The toilet is on the opposite side of the tank. Maybe not using enough water to rinse everything down to the tank. Thanks for the reply!
