Sumo's are soft, sort of squishy, so don't fear leaning toward higher spring rate. My long term experience with Sumo's on the Axis front, ended with RV change. Have them on the rear of my pickup now...

Keep your rig winterized. I doubt the Hurricane is 4 season enough to conquer keeping water in liquid state unless the weather is uncommonly warm (unlikely). Passes could require chains for travel....

Yes Chance, I agree that a toad would typically have less of the bad movement of a typical TT. However the movement of being "towed" will still definitely be present and it is amplified by "lengths"....
