I will follow up with ford. It was bad the steering wheel was way off I had a six hour drive home from dealer. The ford emblem was sideways on the steering wheel it should be centered after alignment...

Thor refuses to cover wheel alignment
When I picked up my axis 25.2 I could barely keep it on the road. The steering was so bad. Come to find out about the alignment issues. Take it get it also aligned 500$. Now Thor says it isn't...

Fortunately for me the hubby is pretty handy....
Fortunately for me the hubby is pretty handy. While he couldn't figure it out today. He said just what you said he will call to see what he did and see if he can get it working. Fingers crossed.

Rooftop AC unit not working
We just picked up our 2016 Thor axis 25.2 At the dealership I noted it was not blowing cold air. The guy went up and fiddled with and and seemed to resolve the problem it started blowing cold air....
